- All customers are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification
- Caller ID authentication is applied using STIR/SHAKEN protocols
- Traffic is monitored for patterns inconsistent with declared use cases
- Suspicious activity may result in traffic restriction or service termination
These measures are implemented to ensure compliance with FCC regulations and to protect the integrity of telecommunications
networks.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- With regulatory authorities (e.g., FCC) as required by law
- With authorized traceback entities (e.g., Industry Traceback Group)
- With service providers and infrastructure partners necessary to deliver services

period of twenty-four (24) months, or longer if required by law or regulatory obligations.

Depending on the nature of the service, Procesamos LLC may act as either:

a Data Controller, when determining the purposes and means of processing data; or

a Data Processor, when processing data on behalf of customers.
In all cases, data is processed strictly in accordance with contractual agreements and applicable laws.
12. Cloud Infrastructure and Hosting
Procesamos LLC utilizes secure cloud infrastructure and third-party service providers to deliver hosting and platform
services.
Data may be stored and processed in secure data centers operated by trusted providers. These providers are contractually
obligated to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality standards.
Customers are responsible for configuring their applications and services in a secure manner, including access controls and
credential management.
13. Data Processing and Analytics
Procesamos LLC may process data for operational, analytical, and performance monitoring purposes, including:
- Service optimization
- Network and system performance analysis
- Usage reporting and diagnostics
Where possible, data is aggregated or de-identified to minimize privacy risks.
Procesamos LLC does not use customer data for unauthorized profiling or resale.
14. Integrations and Automation
Our services may include integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and automation workflows.
In such cases:
- Data may be transmitted between systems as directed by the customer
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization to share such data
- Procesamos LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party systems outside its control

location.
